Voice Public School believes in helping its Students/Parents as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:-
a) Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after submitting the admission form. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the admission has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of refunding them.
b) Voice Public School does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the parent’s establishes that the quality of schools is not good.
c) In case of receipt of payments or defective forms please report the same to our Support Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
d) In case you feel that the admission received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our support service team within 7 days of submitting the admission form. The Support Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
e) In case of complaints regarding admission that come with a problematic, please refer the issue to them.
f) In case of any Refunds approved by the Voice Public School, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end parents.
